Which marketplaces does it cover?

Amazon, Shopify and Etsy today. TikTok Shop and eBay are on the roadmap.

Can I trust the answers?

SellerDex is an AI assistant and can be wrong. Use it to understand a problem and to draft text, then check important decisions, such as an appeal or a policy change, against the official marketplace documentation. A knowledge base built from official documents is planned to make answers more reliable.

Which AI models does it use?

Pro and Ultra use Claude from Anthropic. The Free plan uses a lighter model from Google. Each answer is guided by instructions written for the marketplace and tool you choose.

Is my data private?

Each account can only read its own conversations, and you can delete your account and its data from inside the app. Messages are sent to the AI provider to produce an answer. Read the privacy policy for details.

When will the iOS app be available?

The Android app comes first. iOS is planned for the 6 to 12 month window.
