Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Eastingo LLC ("SellerDex", "we"), which operates the SellerDex AI app and website, collects when you use the app and website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to hello@sellerdexapp.com.
What we collect

The app does not store sensitive data on your device beyond the sign-in session token.
How your messages are processed
To produce an answer, the text of your conversation is sent to an AI provider. Pro and Ultra accounts use Anthropic (Claude). Free accounts use Google (Gemini). These providers process the text on our behalf under their own terms. Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information into a chat.
Where data is stored
Account and conversation data is stored with our database and authentication provider, Supabase. Row-level security is enabled, so each signed-in user can read and write only their own conversations. Sign-in uses standard OAuth with PKCE.
Payments
Paid plans are not yet active. When they launch, subscriptions will be handled through Google Play and the App Store, with subscription management provided by RevenueCat. We will not receive your card number.
Your choices and rights
- You can delete your account and all related data from inside the app.
- You can ask us for a copy of your data, or for correction of it, by email.
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Türkiye, you have the rights described in the GDPR and KVKK, including access, correction, erasure and objection.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your conversations and account data are deleted.
Children
SellerDex is for people who run or help run an online store and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
